Midweek Santa Barbara stay in refurbished beach apartment across from noisy hostel
Positive: 3 minute walk from the train station
Negative: A bedroom so narrow that we had to climb in bed from the bottom of the bed. Strange omissions for a 4 star property: no forks only one champagne flute no sweetener for coffee or any tea bags

The Marlowe was in the perfect location in Santa Barbara! Close to beach, State st, Funk Zone, and train station. The Vista Suite was well appointed, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated …felt like I stepped back in time. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay here! The place was clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location, right next to the beach and just a short walk to downtown. Hosts were responsible and the check in/out process was smooth. Would absolutely come stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Santa Barbara!

Perfect place! Spacious and convenient. Beautiful decor. We walked all around Downtown SB and to the beach. Near the train station so my only rec would be to bring ear plugs for those early morning trains :)
