The Garden Suite | Steps to Beach & Downtown

Great environment for our senior golden retriever. He wanted to lay on the front porch every chance he got.Host was very helpful and responsive.

The comforts at The Garden Suite were really great for us. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen worked well when we cooked and enjoyed a quick breakfast. Most amazing was how the unique older furnishings created a gentle ambiance for us. The location was the best!!! A short walk to the beaches, local markets, world class restaurants and more! Finally the service we got for clean linens, fresh coffee and more was great!

Not only did we not see the host; it was very difficult to actually get a message to them - we needed several passcodes, some of which we didn't have with us on vacation. Furniture was retro, we understand, but the rusted metal filecase in bedroom was a total waste of space and unusable for anything. None of the clocks worked, and my husband would have liked an instruction sheet with how to operate TV, microwave, heaters, etc. and a list of what to do upon checkout. Front door code was easy to use and to remember !

Lovely apartment/bungalow right near the beach! Location was excellent for relaxing walks and food. The renovated 1930's(?) apartment was superb, and very welcoming! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
